Hiring: 2D Generalist / 2D Animator for a Faceless Football YouTube

We’re building a faceless YouTube channel in the football/soccer
niche — guided by a recurring animated character that takes viewers through
the world of soccer.
Our goal is ambitious:
We aim to reach 1M views within the first month.
What we’re looking for:
2D Generalist / 2D Animator for 2D character style animation
Consistent animation style across videos
At least 1 year of practical experience in 2D
Ability to deliver clean, engaging storytelling animations
English communication preferred (B/C level ideal, but not mandatory)
Project Scope (Month 1):
2–4 videos total
Around 10 minutes per video
Remote work only — work from anywhere
We will increase the number of videos, once everything is set and good to go.
Payment:
120 per 10-minute video
Up to $140 for excellent quality & smooth collaboration
This will start as a project-based collaboration to see if we’re a good fit for
each other. If everything works well, we’re interested in building a long-term
partnership with stable monthly work as the channel expands.
