Last Thursday, we briefly announced the launch of a private job board for paid subscribers to our Substack newsletter, The Global Move:
Some of you may have already checked it out (and even joined), while others may still have no idea what it is.
So, we'd like to take a moment to introduce it properly and help you decide whether it could be useful for your international tech job search.
Why we built it
For over a year, our team has been publishing weekly manually curated lists of relocation-friendly tech jobs on Substack.
In this format (Substack posts), those job lists are difficult to browse.
Plus, searching through the archive (6,000+ jobs shared to date) has become time-consuming, with opportunities spread across 60+ weekly job lists and many openings that are no longer active.
The goal of the job board isn't to replace the newsletter, but to make the experience much more practical for subscribers.
The idea behind the job board
Jobs appear on the job board daily on weekdays as we find them (rather than once a week on Thursdays)
A searchable archive
Filters by job type (relocation/international remote), category, country, company size, etc.
The option to save jobs, mark them as applied, and report inactive ones
100% manually curated
