Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management within the music, digital content, or technology industries.
Experience in a leadership role, managing teams and working with executives in the music industry.
Experience with commercial agreements, digital music licensing agreements, agreements and support of multi-territorial licensing entities.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Korean to engage with clients in the region.
