Head of User Acquisition

Wallet has grown organically, carried by its distribution inside Telegram. We are now building paid user acquisition as a second growth engine. As our Head of User Acquisition, you will build and scale this function from scratch.
You will own Wallet's user acquisition across markets and channels, growing funded and active accounts at a sustainable acquisition cost. This is full 360 ownership: from deciding which offer we promote, to the channel mix, to the numbers in the dashboard. You deliver through agencies, contractors, and a team of local market managers rather than through a single in-house buyer.
You will be building, not inheriting. Expect to stand up processes, partners, accounts, and measurement from scratch.
Wallet in Telegram is a digital asset solution natively embedded into Telegram’s interface. Backed by The Open Platform, Wallet in Telegram gained 100M+ user accounts in 2024, and aims to make its solution available to all 1BN+ of Telegram’s users. Wallet in Telegram offers a dual-wallet experience with Crypto Wallet (a multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto to contacts) and TON Wallet (a self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).
