Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; ensure effective execution across all phases of construction.
Budget & Cost Management - Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns.
Contract & Stakeholder Management - Manage contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Site Supervision & Coordination - Oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure all works meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Health & Safety Management - Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost impacts.
Procurement Oversight - Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting - Track project progress against schedule and budget; prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
Problem Solving & Decision Making - Address project challenges proactively and make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
