Scopely is looking for a Head of Product  to join our GSN Casino  game team in our Bangalore Hub!

GSN Casino is a category-leading free-to-play social casino experience with a large, mature player base and a highly scaled LiveOps business. This role is responsible for driving the next phase of growth through product innovation, operational excellence, and strong leadership 
 
What You Will Do 
Own the Business
 Own the product strategy and performance of GSN Casino across its full lifecycle
 Be accountable for revenue, engagement, retention, and LTV
 Set targets, build forecasts, and communicate performance across the studio
 Partner with the GM to define business priorities and long-term strategy
Drive Product Strategy
Define the product vision across core gameplay, meta, and LiveOps
Identify and lead high-impact product bets to unlock growth
Champion a strong experimentation culture with rapid Build-Measure-Learn loops
Leverage market trends and competitor insights to inform strategy
Lead the Studio (Cross-Functional)
 Operate as a core member of the studio leadership team
 Partner with Engineering, Production, and Creative leadership to drive outcomes
 Align teams around a clear product vision and execution plan
 Lead cross-functional decisions balancing player experience, tech constraints, and business impact
Own LiveOps & Execution
Own the LiveOps strategy and operating cadence for a scaled game
Monitor live performance and lead real-time interventions to maximize outcomes
Partner with CRM, UA, and Marketing to amplify feature and event impact
Build & Scale the Product Org
  Lead and develop a team of high performing product managers and analysts
  Lead and integrate Product and Analytics to drive a deeply data-informed culture
  Raise the bar on product thinking, execution, and accountability
 
What We’re Looking For 
 13+ years of product experience in scaled digital consumer products or mobile gaming
 Proven ownership of large-scale live products with revenue responsibility
 Deep expertise in F2P systems and LiveOps
 Strong leadership experience managing senior product leaders and cross-functional teams
 Highly analytical, with strong experimentation and decision-making skills
