Head of Legal/Chief Legal Officer in Fintech/Igaming Holding | Lets Join Us Now

Fully remote (outside Russia, Ukraine, Belarus).
I am looking for Head of Legal/Chief Legal Officer in Fintech/Igaming Holding who can lead legal strategy, transform legal functions, with strong leadership, management and strategic skills.
You will:
To lead legal strategy, transform, digitize the legal function in Company with products in 150+ countries;
Manage legal team up to 10+ persons;
To oversee legal risk management, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and coordinate financial reporting adherence while supporting international entity expansion.
Required:
From 3+ years in a role Head of Legal/Chief Legal Officer in international companies (prefferably) from next spheres - Fintech/Igaming/Betting/Gambling;
Strong strategic, leadership and management skills, proactive, results-oriented;
Deep expertise in business/contract/employment/IP law;
Strong legal expertise in EU and USA markets;
Russian - Native; English - B2/C1/C2.
