Head of Finance & Reporting Department

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Finance & Reporting Department
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Monitor financial covenants and ensure compliance
• Prepare financial reports and presentation for management, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders
• Participate in strategic decision-making and business planning
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Monitor financial risks (market, currency, liquidity, etc.) and propose mitigation measures
• Oversee investment activities and asset management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support external and internal audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow and liquidity planning
• Develop and implement funding strategies (short-term and long-term financing)
• Support CEO and CFO in strategic and operational initiatives
Requirements:
• Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong experience in finance, treasury, or financial management not less than 5 years
• Knowledge of financial markets, risk management, and investment analysis
• Understanding of regulatory environment in Kazakhstan (financial sector)
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English is mandatory
