Growth Marketing Lead (Part-time) – Mindory App

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on marketing professional to help us scale Mindory, an iOS app focused on mental health support for neurodivergent individuals.
This is not a corporate role with large budgets and fixed processes.
This is a startup environment where speed, clarity, and ownership matter.
What you will be responsible for
Rapidly growing a base of paying users for our iOS app
Driving user acquisition across European and US markets
Working with a limited marketing budget and optimizing every euro spent
Testing and scaling acquisition channels with a strong focus on performance
Building and executing viral and organic growth strategies
Continuously adapting to changing conditions and priorities
Tracking and optimizing key metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and retention
Providing clear weekly reports directly to the founders
What we are looking for
Proven experience in growth marketing for mobile apps, ideally in mental health or health tech
Strong understanding of unit economics and performance marketing
Ability to clearly calculate and explain cost per acquisition and overall funnel performance
Experience working in early-stage startups with fast-changing environments
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of outcomes
Confidence to challenge ideas and defend your strategy with data
Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
Background in viral marketing and organic growth for apps
Track record of successful campaigns and measurable results
