Natural Resources (NR)
Mentorship
Mentor: Country Managing Director
Co-Mentor: Respective Division Head
Who We Are Looking For
Fresh graduates with a Degree, Master’s, or PhD in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or equivalent with a strong academic record (CGPA 3.5+).
Or candidates with less than 2 years’ working experience
Strong potential for leadership, learning agility, and motivation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Passionate about growing a career in commercial or client-facing roles
Valid driving license
