Andersen is hiring a Go Developer to build scalable digital solutions, working with global clients across multiple industries in a mature engineering environment.

Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining backend applications and microservices using Go.
Designing and implementing RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
Working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and data access.
Integrating with external services and third-party APIs.
Ensuring high performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance of services.
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Developing unit and integration tests.
Participating in code reviews and contributing to overall code quality improvement.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues.
Working with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
Contributing system architecture and technical decision-making.
Collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
Maintaining and enhancing existing functionality.
Requirements
Experience in the role of Go Developer for 2+ years.
Strong knowledge of Go fundamentals and concurrency.
Experience in building RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
Experience working with relational databases; basic NoSQL knowledge.
Understanding microservices and distributed systems.
Experience with Git and team-based development workflows.
Experience in writing unit tests.
Familiarity with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge is preferred.
Basic understanding of CI/CD and cloud platforms.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
