Global Product Marketing Manager, Scaled Growth

TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help agencies unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our Scaled Growth team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Identify product opportunities catering to the needs of both large and small agencies, and translate them into actionable product requirements for internal and external product platforms.
- Support the development and iteration of the Agency Portal, enabling scalable agency onboarding and driving growth for both new and existing revenue.
- Own and streamline the agency product inbound process, collecting and structuring requests from Sales, Marketing, and regional teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution and resolve bottlenecks in agency workflows.
- Track key metrics to measure product adoption, operational efficiency, and overall business impact.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Business Operations within the advertising, technology, or agency ecosystem.
- Strong innovative thinking and execution-oriented mindset, paired with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and drive consistent follow-through on resolutions.
- High resilience and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
