Coinspaid is hiring a Global HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize HR operations across multiple legal entities in EMEA. This is a strong fit for HR operations professionals who enjoy structure, compliance, process ownership, and working in an international remote-first fintech environment.
What you’ll do:
act as SME for Polish HR administration and monitor legislative updates
ensure HR documentation and operational processes comply with local labor law requirements across EMEA
own and optimize HiBob (or similar HRIS), including workflows, data integrity, reporting, org structure, and automation
maintain audit-ready employee records and HR documentation
coordinate with payroll providers, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders across countries
provide operational HR support to employees on employment-related topics
identify opportunities to standardize and improve HR workflows across the region
What we’re looking for:
4+ years of HR Operations / HR Administration / HR Specialist experience
strong practical knowledge of Polish labor law and HR administration
solid understanding of EMEA employment regulations and employee lifecycle operations
hands-on experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
English C1 and Polish B2+
experience in international / multi-country environments is a plus
