Location: 🇬🇷 Athens OR Thessaloniki, Greece hybrid working once per week in the office.

Rigi is XTM’s visual-context localization platform, giving translators real-time UI previews so they can see exactly where each string appears. This reduces guesswork, cuts down on developer enquiries, and speeds up multilingual releases. As part of the Rigi engineering team, you’ll build full-stack features that power these previews, workflows, and integrations.
What You’ll DoBuild and maintain .NET backend services for string processing, preview automation, and workflow integrationDevelop React + TypeScript interfaces used by translators, reviewers, and developersDesign and implement APIs and cloud-native features on AWSContribute to Rigi’s UI-capture and context-generation pipelineImprove scalability, performance, and system reliabilityCollaborate closely with product and engineering teams across XTMMaintain high code quality through clean practices, testing, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)Requirements
4+ years of C# enterprise developmentProfessional experience with C# and .NET / .NET CoreStrong experience with React and TypeScriptKnowledge of AWS services for backend developmentUnderstanding of modern full-stack architectureExperience designing REST APIs and working with async or distributed systemsFamiliarity with:GitHub workflows and branchingGitHub Actions for CI/CDJira for planning and trackingFocus on maintainability, testing, and clean engineeringAlso..Experience with localization tools or content-processing systemsBackground in microservices or event-driven workflowsUX/UI awareness for building clean React componentsAutomated testing experience (unit, integration, UI)
