Freelance Tech Recruiter (3-Month Assignment)

Tiqets, an award-winning travel-tech scale-up based in the Netherlands, is looking for an experienced Freelance Tech Recruiter to join the People & Culture team for a 3-month assignment. This is a hands-on opportunity to own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles while partnering closely with hiring managers in a fast-growing international environment.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to offer stage
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Provide hiring managers with market insights and recruitment guidance
Support offer preparation and hiring decisions
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in Tech Recruitment and sourcing
Experience hiring for technical roles in startup, scale-up, or tech environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership
Currently based in the Netherlands
