Founder’s Associate / Content Operations Manager / Integrator

Remote, part-time initially (10–20 hrs/week), with potential to scale long-term.
About the role:
Working directly with founder across personal brand, content systems, operations, social media workflows, creator coordination, and startup execution.
This is NOT a generic VA role.
Looking for someone highly organized, proactive, systems-oriented, strong communicator, and comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments.
Main responsibilities:
organizing and repurposing content
managing posting/scheduling workflows
coordinating editors/creatives
building operational systems
tracking content performance
helping turn ideas into execution
founder support and project coordination
Strong fit if candidate has experience with:
startup operations
creator/personal brands
content systems
Notion/Airtable/ClickUp
social media workflows
growth/content operations
Preferred:
Eastern Europe or strong English communication.
Flexible depending on experience and fit ($10–25/hour initially).
