🌱 Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Responsible for the growth and expansion of the futures trading business.
2️⃣ Identify potential partnership opportunities and build long-term relationships with traders, KOLs, and community leaders.
3️⃣ Develop and execute business development strategies to continuously increase trading volume and market share in target regions.
4️⃣ Drive local market user growth and platform activity.
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Experience in Business Development or Sales within a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange environment.
2️⃣ Strong understanding of futures trading business.
3️⃣ Vietnamese or CIS regional language proficiency is mandatory.
4️⃣ English must be used as the interview language.
5️⃣ Previous monthly futures trading volume performance of at least 30 million USD is a mandatory requirement.
6️⃣ Strong business communication skills.
