Finance Specialist

An international company is looking for a Financial Affairs Specialist to join the finance team in Bishkek.
K ey Responsibilities
• Process and record non-stock contractual and non-contractual expense invoices in the system
• Monitor daily cash movements and prepare cash deficit/surplus reports
• Perform cash collection and payment operations
• Prepare provisions and support month-end closing activities
• Prepare assigned sections of the Financial Control Package (FCP)
• Process intercompany transactions, including invoices and receipts
• Execute internal transfers between branch current accounts
• Reconcile Accounts Payable balances and follow up on outstanding items
• Monitor AP-related collections and payment schedules
• Verify invoices related to contracted purchases and obtain the required approvals
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or AP functions
• Good knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate level or higher
