Are you a strategic financial thinker with a passion for driving business growth? Join Opiniq as our Finance Manager and play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• PnL and cash flow modelling and forecasting
• Managing liquidity for specific projects
• Finalizing monthly cash requests for various legal entities
• Management reporting (PnL, Cash Flow)
• Participation in the monthly budgeting process in terms of the various client legal entities
• Performing Actual vs Budgeted analysis and cost monitoring
• Preparing and maintaining detailed financial documentation and records.
• Extensive cross-team communication to exchange information on payment issues
• Payments monitoring and control according to the approved schedules
• Arrange for obtaining and accurately storing invoices, supporting and closing documents and files
• Payment facilitation and communication with the Treasury Department
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
• Fluent in English and Russian
Technical and Analytical Skills :
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs - advance user experience is mandatory)
• Understanding payment methods (SWIFT, SEPA, Crypto)
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently
Work Experience :
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, back office or related roles
Soft Skills :
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, Russian and English)
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Good time-management skills
• Result-oriented attitude, able to work under pressure and within deadlines
