Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
Lead all financial activities of the company (P&L, cash flow, budgeting)
Develop and monitor financial strategy and performance
Ensure cost control and profitability across all outlets
Accounting & Reporting
Oversee full accounting cycle in compliance with local legislation
Prepare and submit tax and financial reports
Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data
Tax & Compliance
Manage tax planning and reporting
Ensure compliance with local regulations and audits
Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors
Budgeting & Analysis
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
Analyze financial performance and identify risks
Provide recommendations to improve margins
Team Management
Manage accounting/finance team
Improve internal processes and controls
Implement financial systems and automation
