PURPOSE OF WORK
Monitor, implement activities to enhance Company reputation with customers/Partners, guarantee effective communication and business result of each campaign/market communication activity:
- Manage and direct public relations in alignment with the Group’s development strategy; build and maintain strong relationships with media authorities, central and local press agencies, and online communities
- Oversee and proactively manage media crisis risks; implement preventive measures and response plans to safeguard the Group’s brand reputation across traditional and digital media.
- Coordinate with relevant units to handle incidents and prevent potential risks from escalating into media crises.
- Implement proactive and positive communication activities across press channels and social media platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Oversee, direct, and monitor the Company’s media relations, public relations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities; proactively prevent and handle issues related to media crises to safeguard the Group’s reputation.
2. Identify, manage, and coordinate the resolution of issues or incidents that pose risks to the reputation and brand of the Group and its subsidiaries, particularly those involving the media, customers, or partners.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and online communities to secure positive media coverage and brand image for the Group and its products/services.
4. Develop plans and manage the implementation of long-term PR projects to sustain and enhance a trusted, reputable brand image among customers and partners.
5. Support the execution of product and brand marketing communication activities, including preparing press releases, developing media plans, and editing content to ensure message quality. Ensure the effectiveness of PR communication in contributing to the business results of each product/service communication campaign.
6. Plan and implement community sponsorship programs to build brand reputation and support business activities in local markets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in major Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Economics or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in communication and at least 6 years of manager experience.
• In-depth knowledge of communication techniques combined with strong analytical skills to develop PR communication strategies aligned with Business Marketing and PR teams, tailored to target customer segments and responsive to market change.
• Proven ability to Customer and market research & analysis skills, Communication strategy development skills, Brand management skills, Product value positioning and effective communication skills, Marketing project planning, organization and management skills
• Proficiency in English communication.
