Responsibilities:
• Content quality & consistency: Maintain up-to-date product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and SEO keywords on the website and marketplaces; ensure consistent brand tone of voice.
• Promotion setup support: Prepare and upload promo content (discount labels, bundles, gifts, limited offers), and ensure correct display on PDPs and category pages.
• Catalog management: Control product categorization, attributes, variations, and SKU mapping; check that products are linked correctly to the right product cards.
• Content compliance: Ensure all content meets marketplace rules and internal legal/compliance requirements (warranty, certifications, claims, etc.).
• Price updates & accuracy control: Update prices on the website and marketplaces; regularly monitor and ensure price accuracy and consistency across the website and all marketplaces.
• Task creation for creatives & promotions: Create tasks for updating website banners (including promo/campaign banners) and for updating marketplace product listings/cards (including promotional assets and content).
• Launch and set up promotional campaigns using promo tools (sets/bundles, gift mechanics, super discounts, etc.), including checking correct display on the website/in the catalog.
• Create and manage tasks for the IT/development team when issues are found with bundle prices/discounts (calculation errors, display issues, mismatch with promo rules), and follow up until fixed.
• Set up and maintain promo code logic and promotion rules within available tools (eligibility conditions, restrictions, audience segments), including testing and validating correct performance before launch.
Requirements:
• Experience as an e-commerce Content Manager in international company;
• English proficiency is preferred. English can be used as working language;
• Be good at teamwork, cross-departmental communication skills and project management.
