Role Description:
The Downtime Specialist is responsible for minimizing operational interruptions by coordinating and supervising maintenance activities for both technical and non-technical studio equipment. The role ensures timely maintenance planning, effective monitoring of maintenance performance, and continuous improvement of processes and standards, contributing to a stable, efficient, and well-functioning studio environment across all shifts.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for both technical and non-technical equipment in our studios.
Draft maintenance schedules and monitor team performance.
Actively contribute to improving processes and work standards.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities and cultures.
PC literacy and English knowledge.
Technical skills are a strong advantage.
Working conditions:
Work schedule is in shifts:
MID: 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00
NIGHT: 21:00 – 06:00
Office attire is mandatory.
