Acumatica is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Construction and Services product strategy—an important growth contributor to our business.
This role sits at the center of transforming how construction companies and service organizations operate—connecting financials, projects, field operations, and service delivery into an integrated, full lifecycle solution that delivers value to where the work is performed and increasingly incorporates AI.
This role reports to the SVP, Product Management and we're open to hire remotely anywhere in the United States.
You will own and evolve the strategy for:
Construction Edition: A product line serving general contractors, subcontractors, specialty tradesService Management: A subset of Construction supporting field service, maintenance, asset-based operationsProfessional Services Edition: A product line focused on the service sector (e.g., AEC).This is a rare opportunity to:

What You’ll Do:
Shape the Vision & StrategyOwn and evolve the multi-year product strategy across Construction, Service Management, and Professional Services, connecting the dots to the corporate strategyIdentify and drive expansion into adjacent workflows and verticalsDefine differentiated solutions that unify back-office, project, and field operations while delivering value to where the work is performedWeave AI into the product strategy in a way that delivers true value to the customerLead High-Impact Product TeamsLead and grow a team of Product Managers aligned to customer value streamsDrive clarity, focus, and prioritization to deliver measurable business outcomesImprove speed and predictability of delivery through strong product practicesBe a Voice of the Customer & IndustryBuild deep expertise in construction, service, and professional services workflowsArticulate how AI will positively disrupt Construction and ServicesEngage directly with customers, partners, and prospects to inform product directionRepresent the company as a thought leader in industry transformationDrive Growth (Organic + Inorganic)Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through new capabilities, partnerships, and acquisitionsHelp define and execute build vs. buy vs. partner strategySupport integration of new solutions into a cohesive platform experienceLead Through ChangeHelp evolve our Product & Engineering operating model as we scaleFoster a strong “one team” culture across product, engineering, and go-to-market teamsMentor and develop product talent to build a high-performing organization
What Success Looks Like

For this role, the salary range is $190,000-$205,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
