Minimum qualifications
20 years of professional experience or 18 years with an advanced degree
10 years of experience leading teams product management teams, working cross-functionally, and guiding data influenced planning, prioritization, and strategy development
Experience in assessing and analyzing developer sentiment and subjective feedback regarding productivity and the overall developer experience
Experience defining and translating engineering productivity metrics into insights and actions
Experience working with multiple business stakeholders at various levels, aligning strategy with the business vision
