We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of demand gen programs across our target markets. This role is responsible for cross-channel campaign management for all product lines, collaborating closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled full-funnel demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven tech company, bringing a mix of strategy, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Ops. 
Key Accountabilities: 
Define strategy for, manage, and optimize the execution of demand generation campaigns across both Marketing and cross-functional channels 
Own Marketing’s acquisition pipeline targets, and regularly report on pipeline health to Marketing leadership  
Manage tactics across inbound (paid and owned media) and ABM channels 
Clearly define key targeting segments with a focus on behavior-based triggers for nurture 
Collaborate closely with our partners in Sales to develop effective cross-functional conversion strategy across all channels 
Collaborate with agency partners and Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams on campaign execution 
Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders 
Partner with Marketing Operations on email marketing, lead tracking, and funnel conversion 
 
Desired Skills and Experience: 
6-8+ years of experience in Demand Gen and/or Performance Marketing roles 
Proven success owning pipeline goals 
Paid Media and Owned channel management 
Ability to multi-task and manage across multiple simultaneous programs 
Strong communication skills and collaborative excellency 
B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferred  
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Base Salary Range
$100,000—$125,000 USD
