What You Will Do You will be responsible for ensuring partners have a seamless and high-quality experience when implementing Klarna’s products and solutions, working hands-on with integrations from design through to go-live and beyond. In this position, you will work directly with partners across multiple concurrent implementations, supporting them in real time, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding them through API integrations and operational complexities. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define integration scope, drive delivery priorities, and ensure solutions meet Klarna’s quality standards. By building a strong understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem, you will provide actionable feedback to improve Klarna’s products, integration frameworks, and ways of working. Who You Are • 3-5 years of experience in technical delivery, API integrations, system integration, or solutions engineering • Hands-on experience working with APIs, integration flows, and technical implementation processes • Strong understanding of integrations, system architectures, and troubleshooting across partner environments • Proven ability to drive structured and analytical problem solving across multiple concurrent implementation projects • Self-driven and highly autonomous, with the ability to independently own topics, drive initiatives forward, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment • High level of energy, curiosity, and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions Awesome to Have • Experience working directly with external partners or clients during technical implementations • Ability to confidently manage complex partner situations with a structured and fact-based approach • Strong attention to detail with the ability to break down complex projects into clear deliverables • Curiosity and motivation to deepen technical understanding across systems and integrations • Experience contributing to documentation, training, and knowledge sharing across teams Please include a CV in English.
