Scopely is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Global Advertising team in Barcelona on a flexible hybrid basis!

As a  Data Analyst you will help shape and scale monetization strategies across some of the world’s most engaging mobile games.
This is a product-facing, high-impact role where you’ll own the analytical thinking behind monetization decisions—leveraging data, experimentation, and player insights to drive revenue growth while enhancing the player experience.

What You’ll Do:
Own monetization insights: Analyze player behavior and performance data to identify opportunities that improve revenue and user experience.
Drive experimentation: Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to optimize monetization strategies, features, and user journeys.
Influence product decisions: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate insights into impactful product improvements.
Build decision frameworks: Move beyond reporting—develop clear, structured recommendations that guide product and business strategy.
Create visibility: Build and maintain dashboards and tools that empower stakeholders to track performance and make informed decisions.
Support forecasting & planning: Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to improve forecast accuracy and align on key drivers of growth.
Communicate with impact: Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing decisions across the organization.
 
What We’re Looking For:
We’re prioritizing analytical excellence, product thinking, and experimentation mindset over direct domain experience.
3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or growth analytics (B2C, mobile apps, marketplaces, fintech, etc.)
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes
Strong business acumen—you understand how metrics connect to user behavior, product decisions, and revenue impact
Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
 
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Exposure to monetization, pricing, growth, or revenue optimization
Familiarity with digital advertising or ad monetization ecosystems
Experience in mobile apps, gaming, or consumer-facing products
