We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team at Funko. In this role, you will leverage data to deliver actionable insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and smarter decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to build scalable reporting, analyze trends, and help drive a more data-informed culture.This is a hands-on individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys translating data into meaningful business impact.What You’ll DoPartner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to support data-driven decisionsBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau Looker, etc.)Develop AI-enabled and automated reporting solutions to enhance insight generation and reduce manual workPerform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesTranslate complex datasets into clear insights and business recommendationsWrite and optimize SQL queries to work with large, complex datasetsIdentify predictive modeling opportunities and build modelsCollaborate with Data Engineering to improve data models, data quality, and reporting scalabilitySupport reporting and analytics needs tied to ERP and operational systemsWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5+ years of hands-on experience in data analyticsStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsProficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)Data science skill set: knowledgeable in statistical modeling (e.g. linear and logistical regression, classification, clustering) and tooling (python, R, etc.) with broad domain applicabilityExperience with AI-driven analytics, automated reporting, or leveraging machine learning outputs in reporting workflowsFamiliarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft D365, Oracle, or similar) strongly preferredSolid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling conceptsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - $110,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.What Funko Offers

This role will be based in our Everett, WA HQ office. We will prioritize local candidates first and candidates located near a local office. This is NOT a remote opportunity at this moment.
