Responsibilities:
• Work with special appeals from clients
• To communicate with customers, to collect and analyze information
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports on the current status of all special cases and their resolution status
• Monitor and analyze statistics of special cases according to different criteria, report any changes in the situation to senior management
• Communicate and liaise with Headquarters and the Company's Quality Department
• Conduct trainings on handling special cases for employees of the call center and service centers
• Update service-related information on the Company's website
• Track the main reasons for customers' requests to the Company through all channels: call center, chat on the website, social networks. Analyze negative feedback and develop plans to improve customer service
• Conduct strategic planning for the key areas of the department's activities; prepare analytical materials and recommendations for management on priority development areas, improvement opportunities and key aspects requiring special attention
Requirements:
Hard skills:
• Knowledge of service processes and standards
• Technical understanding skills
• Data analysis& Reporting
• Microsoft office knowledge
• Understanding of consumer electronics, home appliances details
• Understanding of Warranty policies
Soft skills:
• Excellent communication skills in UZ, RU, EN is also needed
• Excel, PPT knowledge
• Capability of managing multiple tasks
• Self disciplined and result oriented
