What this role is actually about
We are building a new digital product in Uzbekistan and looking for a CRM Manager who will fully own user communication and retention.
This is not a “support” role and not just campaign execution.
You will be responsible for how we work with our users across their entire lifecycle — from first interaction to long-term engagement.
What you’ll be responsible for
• Building and improving CRM strategy (not just following one)
• Managing all user коммуникация: email, SMS, push
• Creating segmentation based on real behavior, not шаблонный подход
• Launching campaigns and tracking their performance
• Working with data: understanding what drives retention and what doesn’t
• Running A/B tests and improving results step by step
• Setting up and optimizing CRM workflows (automation is expected, not optional)
• Working closely with marketing, product, and analytics
What matters for us
• You have real experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing
• You understand retention — not just in theory
• You’ve worked with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• You are comfortable with data and can make decisions based on it
• You can work independently — without constant control ( mustaqil ishlay oladigan )
• You don’t wait for tasks — you see what needs to be done
• English — working level (team is international)
• Russian — important for local communication

• Salary: €1000–1200 net (clear, on hand)
• First 3–4 months: office (you’ll need it to understand everything properly)
