Creator Partnerships Manager, Emerging Verticals- TikTok Operations (Los Angeles)

Team Introduction
The Emerging Verticals team builds and scales programs that grow high-quality creator supply across TikTok's content categories in North America. Our work sits at the intersection of product adoption and creator growth – helping creators discover features, build sustainable strategies, and set the standard for quality content at scale.
About the Role
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of top creators – retaining them, deepening their platform engagement, and elevating them as showcases that raise the bar for content quality at scale. You'll serve as their primary point of contact, owning the relationship end-to-end while collaborating cross-functionally to align their work with platform priorities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and onboard creators against eligibility criteria, business priorities, and portfolio fit
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that keep top talent deeply invested in TikTok
- Translate platform data into actionable content strategies and coach creators on new features and tools
- Develop, plan, and implement projects and initiatives to showcase top creators at key industry moments
- Host in-person and virtual sessions covering best practices, product updates, and creator connection
- Partner closely with Product, Comms, and Marketing to align creator work with platform priorities
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries
- Comfort turning data into strategy – dashboards, self-serve tools, and basic querying
- Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels
- High ownership mentality — you spot gaps and fix them
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating across global teams and time zones
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
- Deep understanding of creator trends and tools across platforms
- Experience managing a tiered or segmented creator/talent portfolio in the Food, Lifestyle, and/or Learning verticals
