About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing creative communication strategies for the TECNO brand in the local market.
This is a key role focused on strengthening the brand’s presence in the digital space, developing high-quality content, and ensuring effective communication with the audience through modern formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
• Develop and implement social media communication strategies
• Adapt global brand guidelines to the local market
• Define tone of voice and key brand messaging
• Analyze market and audience insights, applying best practices\
Creative & Content
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns and product launches
• Build content strategies for platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram)
• Ensure consistency of visual and communication style across all channels
• Control the quality of all published materials
Production Management
• Prepare briefs for photo and video production
• Collaborate with external contractors and agencies
• Manage the full content production cycle
• Ensure all outputs meet campaign objectives and brand standards
Trends & Innovation
• Monitor digital and social media trends
• Identify new content formats and ideas
• Implement innovative approaches in brand communication
Analytics & Performance
• Analyze content and campaign performance
• Work with key metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth, etc.)
• Prepare reports and recommendations for improvement
• Optimize strategies based on data insights
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, SMM, and external partners
• Ensure consistency of communication across all channels
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in digital / SMM / creative communications
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content marketing
• Experience in developing content and communication strategies
• Experience working with production teams and external contractors
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
• Strong communication skills
