Country Cashier

1. Responsible for payment operation processing, executing accurately, timely, and efficiently:
i. Daily payment processing: Prepare materials required for bank payments according to payment instructions and local compliance requirements, and complete payments in various methods such as cash, checks, transfer letters, and special payment platforms accurately and promptly;
ii. Physical payment management: Apply for tickets, open and close cash vaults according to process requirements, register and feedback payment ledgers, conduct inventory, and manage and safeguard tickets and cash to ensure their integrity and security;
iii. Daily payment issue resolution: Track outstanding payments, promptly follow up on failed payments or refund re-payments, complete reverse processing of payments, and support internal and external payment business consultations.
2. Responsible for raising operation issues, promptly highlighting discrepancies and problems, ensuring issue follow-up and closure.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field of study.
2. Good command of PC knowledge (Eg: excel, word, Powerpoint).
3. Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy.
4. Experienced in accounting shared service centre will be added advantage.
5. Good team player with ability to work under pressure.
