Content Production Specialist — AI & Analytics Product Marketing

The AI & Analytics PMM team produces a high volume of presentation and video content for enterprise customers, partners, field sales, and flagship events including AI World Tour (AIWT) and AI World (AIW). Subject matter experts are currently spending too much time on production and formatting work. This hire takes that load off SMEs and raises the overall quality and consistency of output — reducing dependency on external agencies in the process.
This is a pure IC execution role. The candidate owns the production quality of every asset that passes through them.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
Hard gate — AI fluency: The candidate must demonstrate active use of AI tools in their production workflow. ChatGPT is the minimum bar. Candidates who build presentations without AI augmentation are not a fit for this role. This must be visible in their portfolio submission.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL PRODUCE
Events: Event decks. Adapt and uplevel SME-authored slides to Oracle event templates (e.g., Redwood Pine) for keynotes and live sessions at AIWT, AIW, and similar external events. These are high-visibility, high-stakes outputs.
GTM: GTM presentations. Convert multi-source content into customer-ready sales decks. Strict Oracle Redwood brand compliance. Enhanced with custom graphics for clarity and storytelling.
Visual assets: Infographics, marketectures, reference architecture diagrams, product diagrams — all to Oracle diagram specifications. (Experience with tools like Figma helpful)
Build and maintain product page content in carousel and flipbook formats.
Demo video editing: Product demo recordings cut to polished short-form video with intros, outros, and brand-compliant overlays.
Webinar post-production: Zoom recordings cleaned up with title cards, intros/outros, and light audio/visual correction. No studio production involvement — post-production only.
Collateral: Ebooks, 1-pagers, and solution brochures using publishing tools (InDesign preferred).
