Communication Lead - Global ERP Implementation

Communication Lead - Global ERP Implementation will be responsible for crafting and disseminating key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system across 120 countries.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global communication strategy and plan
Craft and disseminate key messages to stakeholders, end-users, and leadership
Collaborate with change management team to integrate communication with overall change strategy
Develop and maintain communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and intranet content
Manage and coordinate communication channels, including social media and internal communication platforms
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication effort
Provide communication support for project milestones and events
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
3+ years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or a related field
Experience with change management communications, preferably in ERP implementations
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Required Skills
Experience with global communications and multicultural teams
Knowledge of industry-specific business processes
Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement
Certification in communications or public relations (e.g., APR, CCC)
