Key functions:
Guarantee distribution of all current products from our brand in Azerbaijan
Actively looking for an opportunity to improve distribution portfolio and providing relevant initiatives to senior management
Define sales, pricing, and promotion strategy for the assigned product groups/brands
Organize and control the process of local adaptation of general distribution, range and pricing approach
Development and implementation promotional strategy, POSM placement, demonstrators’ teams in retail, joint promotions with customers, etc.
Finding new clients, creating a solid pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them
Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, HR, customer service, finances, logistics, etc.)
Strong follow up of metrics to monitor the performance of commercial activities, reporting results to senior management
Management of the local team in Baku
Management of day-to-day operations
Any other tasks related to this management role.
