Cloud Architect (Technical Cloud Training Expert) for T-Cloud Public

Your Department
We run T Cloud Public! T Cloud Public is the European Hyperscale based on open source community software and driven by principles of DevSecOps. Lean structures, agile methods, highly motivated teams and an extremely dynamic business environment determine our actions. With this customer-oriented and agile orientation, we are the anchor point for the Public Cloud business in Deutsche Telekom Group.
We are measured by delivering a secure, stable and innovative platform. We work jointly with our platform partner and other partners out of the OpenStack ecosystem to create a highly innovative public cloud product based on European security and data protection standards.
We are looking for people who are professionals and evangelists with a great deal of enthusiasm for cloud technology and who are up to the challenges created by the development and operation of a hyper-scale public cloud.

As a Technical Cloud Training Expert you are responsible for enabling internal and external stakeholders to understand and successfully use T Cloud Public on an architectural level. You design and deliver trainings that translate complex cloud architectures and product capabilities into understandable and applicable knowledge. You will drive the T Cloud Public Academy to the next level.

Design and deliver technical trainings, workshops and enablement sessions for customers, partners and internal teamsExplain complex cloud architectures, concepts and T Cloud Public services in a clear and structured wayDevelop and maintain training materials, hands-on labs and certification contentEnable customers and partners to design and implement architectures based on T Cloud PublicCollaborate with Product Management, Presales and Engineering to ensure up-to-date and accurate contentSupport onboarding and continuous learning journeys for different target groups (e.g. developers, architects, decision makers)Continuously improve training concepts based on feedback and evolving cloud technologiesAct as a technical evangelist for T Cloud Public and represent the product in trainings, events or webinarsWork in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting mannerWork in a team of technical specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting way
Your Profile
Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training3–5 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture rolesStrong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (from beginner to architect level)Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings, workshops or enablement formatsStrong presentation and moderation skillsExperience with OpenStack, containers, networking and infrastructure concepts is a plusHigh customer orientation and strong communication skillsPractice with agile methods, development processes and modern toolchainsFluency in written and spoken English and GermanYou will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2200 € /brutto.
