We are looking for а Chief Marketing Officer to join a premium fintech wealth management company based in the UAE. About the Role
We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the strategic development and execution of the firm's global marketing and brand strategy.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for positioning the company as a trusted wealth management platform for high-net-worth (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) individuals, family offices, and international investors.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in financial services marketing, private client acquisition, brand positioning, and data-driven growth.
The CMO will design and implement a holistic marketing architecture that combines brand authority, targeted client engagement, strategic partnerships, and high-impact communication channels tailored to sophisticated private investors.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
• Define and lead the firm's global brand strategy and positioning in the wealth management and investment landscape.
• Build a differentiated brand narrative that resonates with HNWI, UHNWI, family offices, and institutional partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all markets, platforms, and client touchpoints.
• Position the firm as a thought leader in wealth management, alternative investments, and next-generation financial solutions.
Client Acquisition Strategy (HNWI / UHNWI)
• Design and implement a targeted client acquisition strategy focused on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop tailored marketing frameworks for key client segments including:
• Private investors
• Family offices
• International wealth holders
• Institutional investment partners
• Build marketing funnels that support long-term client relationship development rather than transactional marketing.
Marketing Channels & Client Communication
• Define and manage a multi-channel marketing ecosystem tailored to sophisticated investors, including:
• Private events and invitation-only forums
• Strategic partnerships and industry collaborations
• High-end client experiences
• Digital platforms and thought leadership distribution
• Media visibility and industry positioning
• Ensure communication channels reflect the discretion, credibility, and exclusivity expected by HNWI/UHNWI clients.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Presence
• Establish partnerships with:
• financial networks
• family office communities
• private banking ecosystems
• investment forums and conferences
• media platforms covering finance and wealth management
• Lead the development of exclusive events, investment forums, and curated client experiences.
• Expand the firm’s presence in key international financial hubs.
Content, Thought Leadership & PR
• Oversee the development of high-quality thought leadership content, including:
• market insights
• investment research
• industry commentary
• educational materials for private investors
• Manage public relations strategy, media engagement, and executive visibility.
• Position company leadership as trusted voices in global investment and wealth management discussions.
Digital Strategy & Platform Presence
• Define the firm’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and client acquisition goals.
• Oversee digital platforms including:
• website and investor portals
• SEO strategy
• targeted digital campaigns
• email communication and investor updates
• Ensure the digital ecosystem reflects the premium positioning of the brand.
Marketing Analytics & Performance
• Implement a data-driven marketing framework.
• Define KPIs for brand growth, client acquisition, campaign effectiveness, and channel performance.
• Use marketing analytics to continuously optimize strategy, communication channels, and client engagement models.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization.
• Work closely with leadership across:
• investment teams
• product development
• client relationship management
• business development
• Ensure marketing initiatives directly support business growth and client acquisition objectives.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles within:
• wealth management
• private banking
• fintech
• asset management
• investment platforms
• Proven track record of building and scaling premium financial brands.
• Deep understanding of marketing to HNWI and UHNWI audiences.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, client acquisition, and multi-channel marketing ecosystems.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships, PR, and high-profile industry events.
• Data-driven mindset with strong experience in marketing analytics and performance optimization.
• Excellent leadership and executive communication skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.

• Background in fintech, digital wealth platforms, or alternative investments.
• Understanding of financial regulatory environments and global investment markets.
