Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories related to construction and real estate, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience executing sourcing strategies, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within construction categories.
Experience with agreements, including drafting, review, and management within construction categories.
