About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides an objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and oversee relationships with BPO vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productivity.
- Regularly assess vendor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and clear communication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align BPO services with company needs and objectives.
- Resolve conflicts and address vendor-related issues in a timely manner.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with vendors to address issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics, implementing corrective measures when needed.
- Travel to BPO vendor sites for evaluations, meetings, and relationship strengthening.
- Regularly produce and present detailed reports on vendor performance, risks, opportunities, and other relevant metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, driving innovation in BPO management and ensuring competitiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO/vendor management or a related role with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance
- Proven track record in end-to-end BPO management, including quality performance management.
- Ability to effectively coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to BPO sites when required
- Proficiency in producing and interpreting detailed reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the BPO industry, including its trends and best practices of Content Moderation
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
