We are looking for a high-impact Business Manager (President for Türkiye & the Balkans) to work in close partnership with, directly shadowing and supporting the President for Türkiye & the Balkans.
This position combines Executive Assistant responsibilities with hands-on business execution and commercial support.
The Business Manager will closely follow the President’s daily agenda, priorities, and decision flow — acting as an extension of the President in execution, coordination, and follow-through.

Duties and Responsibilities:
President Shadowing & Executive Support
Work in close alignment with the President, following daily priorities, meetings, and decision-making
Manage and optimize the President’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedule
Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Track action items and ensure execution after executive meetings
Act as a gatekeeper and organizer for the President’s time and focus
Business Execution & Strategy Support
Actively support the execution of the Türkiye & Balkans strategy alongside the President
Track strategic initiatives, execution plans, and regional targets
Ensure follow-up on Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and GTM priorities
Support cross-functional coordination to keep execution on track
Commercial & Sales Exposure
Support sales and pipeline tracking, opportunity follow-ups, and partner coordination
Assist with the preparation of commercial reviews, dashboards, and reports
Gain hands-on exposure to regional commercial execution and deal flow
Presentations & Executive Communication
Prepare executive-level presentations, board-style decks, and briefing documents
Support the President in presentation preparation and delivery
Ensure high-quality storytelling, structure, and clarity in all materials
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Support leadership and team meeting cadence
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Türkiye and the Balkans
Act as a communication bridge between the President and the teams
Qualifications and Experience:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
Proven experience in executive support, business management, or similar hybrid roles
Strong presentation preparation and presentation delivery skills
Experience working closely with senior executives
Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
High level of confidentiality, ownership, and accountability

Comfortable operating in a hybrid Executive Assistant and Business Manager role
Able to think strategically while executing operationally
Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
Strong follow-through and execution discipline
Interested in long-term growth into senior business leadership roles
