Business Analyst for Healthcare projects

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Handle first-level queries from the business team, analyze them and collaborate with project teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and objectives
Leverage your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the data management workflow
Foster teamwork among team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with developers, engineers and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful data solutions
Utilize your knowledge of Agile methodology to drive iterative development and continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in Medicine
Experience working in a hospital environment as a doctor or a nurse
A solid understanding of hospital operations, including standard protocols, procedures, and workflow processes
Emergency service experience is a plus
Experience in business analysis or similar roles is beneficial but not required
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
English language proficiency at C1 level or above
Friendly demeanor with the ability to engage in casual conversation
Good interpersonal communication skills
