Business Analyst

To support its rapid growth plans, Star IT looking for a Business Analyst .
Minimum required Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role;
• Strong UI/UX design skills, with the ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and detailed design specifications,
• Experience in BPMN and UML notations (data flow, data sequence, state diagram, etc);
• Excellent awareness and practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) including prompt engineering and documentation, process optimization;
• Mandatory knowledge of API design and implementation (REST API, OpenAPI);
• General understanding of the database structures and principles of forming queries and data processing;
• Competency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Excellent communication skills, experience in public speaking;
• Experience in obtaining information from various resources and transforming it into requirements;
• Able to clearly explain the requirements to developers and testers and make sure that developers and testers have understood them;
• B2/C1 English level, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to diverse stakeholders.
Will be a plus:
• Expertise in building and consulting CRM or ERP systems;
• Experience in developing mobile applications;
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (vibe coding) and independently launching personal projects into production environments.
• Understanding of the principles of microservice architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work in a cross-functional team (designers, developers, and QA engineers);
• Creating tasks in Jira using Use Cases, User Stories, and Prototypes;
• Communication with the team regarding requirements for the product being developed;
• Participation in the formation of UX/UI together with the design team;
• Analysis of the identified requirements, their detalization, and systematization;
• Maintaining project documentation and keeping it up to date, taking into account requirement changes;
• Conduct user research to understand their needs;
• Communication with English-speaking partners.
