We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and charismatic Brand Ambassador / Live Streaming Host to be the face of BJAK TikTok Shop.

🎬 What You’ll Do:
Host daily TikTok Live sessions for BJAK TikTok ShopRepresent BJAK as a brand ambassador during live sessionsPresent BJAK products (insurance & financial services) in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand wayInteract with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, answer questions, and build strong engagementGuide audiences to explore and purchase BJAK products directly during live sessionsKeep the live atmosphere fun, lively, positive, and high-energyRun interactive elements such as Q&A, live offers, giveaways, and audience challengesCollaborate with the Marketing team to refine scripts, talking points, and live strategiesReview livestream performance and share insights to improve viewership and conversions
Requirements
💡 Who You Are:
Confident and comfortable speaking on cameraAble to explain information clearly and naturallyFun, energetic, talkative, and good at maintaining momentum during live sessionsStrong improvisation skills — able to handle unexpected moments smoothlyFamiliar with TikTok culture, trends, and audience behaviorEnjoy fast-paced, campaign-driven environmentsAble to work in shifts (no midnight shifts)
✅ Bonus If You:
Have experience hosting TikTok LiveKnow how to engage audiences and maintain viewer retentionUnderstand basic financial or insurance concepts (training will be provided)Have experience creating short-form video content
📌 Requirements:
1–3 years of livestream hosting, content creation, or public-facing communication experienceStrong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skillsFamiliar with TikTok Live tools, features, and best practicesAble to multitask and perform under pressure during live sessionsFluent in Bahasa Malaysia & EnglishDiploma/Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or a related field (preferred)Benefits
