Employee Benefits Specialist

JetBrains is looking for an Employee Benefits Specialist to support the operational management of employee benefit expenses across multiple countries. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Payroll, HR, and Benefits, ensuring accurate data processing, reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement of global benefits administration processes.
What you’ll do:
consolidate and validate employee benefit expense data from multiple countries and teams
prepare payroll-ready reports and ensure timely submission to payroll specialists
verify, process, and reconcile benefit expenses in line with company policies
streamline and improve benefit expense administration processes
collaborate with Payroll, Accounting, HR, Tax, and local benefits teams globally
identify process inefficiencies and support automation initiatives
act as the primary point of contact for operational questions related to benefits expense processing
support accurate reporting and data governance across international teams
What they’re looking for:
degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
experience in benefits administration, payroll support, finance operations, or a similar role
understanding of employee benefits, compliance requirements, and data workflows
strong Excel skills; experience with HR or payroll ERP systems is a plus
excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
strong communication skills and ability to work across international teams
exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
