1️⃣ Multi-Platform Management: Own the strategy, content calendar, and execution for X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
2️⃣ Content Creation: Write high-quality English copy, from long-form educational threads on X to professional updates on LinkedIn and visually engaging stories for IG.
3️⃣ Trend Jacking: Monitor crypto news, memes, and market shifts 24/7. Be the first to jump on relevant trends to keep our brand at the center of the conversation.
4️⃣ Community Engagement: Foster two-way conversations with our followers, influencers, and partner projects. It’s not just about posting; it’s about "vibing" with the community.
5️⃣ Analytics & Growth: Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion) and provide weekly reports to optimize our social ROI.
6️⃣ Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to support token launches, feature updates, and event activations.
🌵 Requirements:
1️⃣ Crypto-Native: Minimum 2+ years of experience working. You must know your "GM" from your "WAGMI" and understand how the market moves.
2️⃣ English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken English is a must. You should be able to write with a "native feel"—knowing when to be formal and when to use slang/memes.
3️⃣ Platform Expert: Proven track record of growing social accounts. You know the different algorithms for X vs. LinkedIn and how to tailor content accordingly.
4️⃣ Trend Awareness: Deeply connected to the industry. You follow the right alpha callers, developers, and news outlets to stay ahead of the curve.
5️⃣ Creative Mindset: Ability to coordinate with designers for memes, infographics, and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok).
