Validation of requested billing adjustments.
Resolve discrepancies on invoices by using critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Assist the B2C and billing teams in MEC activities.
Ensure in-scope billing activities are supported on a daily basis.
Provide good customer service through verbal and written communication.
ADVANCED ENGLISH
At least 1 year of experience in B2C, billing or collections experience.
Ability and aptitude for learning new concepts.
