Position Summary
The Benefits Specialist is responsible to meet the daily needs of Life Time team members in regards to all benefits offered, ensure all questions are answered and all enrollments are processed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with the administration of various benefit programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k)
Answers routine employee questions and assist in the processing of employee benefit elections
Handles routine mail and mailings for department
Completes various benefit related forms, benefit questionnaires/inquiries, or verifies information on forms submitted by government agencies or employees
Assists in benefit audits
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience administering benefits programs
Proficient in MS Office
Preferred Requirements
Previous Human Resources and Benefits experience
Experience working with confidential information
Pay
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.
