Be responsible for formulating test plans and resolving issues for newly developed ball screws.
Drive the development plan of new ball screw projects, and establish product design standards and design capabilities within the team.
Stay up to date with new technologies in the ball screw industry, plan technical research projects, and develop and implement cost reduction measures through VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering), thereby supporting and ensuring the effective operation of the ball screw product design and development system.
Formulate patent strategies for ball screws based on innovation directions and analysis of competing products in the industry.

技能要求:
Extensive experience in ball screw product and component design, leading mass-production development. Proficient in AutoCAD, CREO, CATIA, and familiar with simulation tools. Deep expertise in ball screw design, mechanical analysis, metal processing, market applications, and supply chain/cost structures. Skilled in balancing vibration noise, thermal deformation, and fatigue durability across design and manufacturing.
